bearing, starter, flares and more!

Postby Chris » Wed May 12, 2010 12:23 am

FJ is up on the rack waiting for a wheel bearing.. first one that has went sent new. Can't complain. The starter is def. going to need a good cleaning again.. may be time to replace in the near future.

The OE fender flares finally "fell off"..

Rock Crawler wheel (extra one I bought earlier this year) is being test fit.. looks great but will need to shave the caliper if I'm going to use them without a spacer. Just needs a few mm. I really love a white wheel on the FJC. I still may get a set of these dedicated to the FJ.. I originally bought six of them for the FJ, but then bought the Hilux and figured I may as well use them on it.. Now they have found there way on the 80 series..

Hrmm.. what I should do it rock some 37's on an extra set of wheels and share them with the FJ from time to time..

8-) Ah, common bolt patters are great... I never have to buy a set of tires for any one vehicle! :slap:

Sale on Rock Crawler wheels.. I just may pick up a few more and put them on the FJ...

If anyone is looking for steel wheels- the price is good right now.

Ended up getting a used Power Steering pump as well. Figure I'll throw it on and keep the other one for a spare.

Going to fix it soon and also finally install the MAF rock rails for Rausch creek I4WDTA training fun.
